Terms & Conditions: TF Soccer Training LLC

By enrolling in any TF Soccer Trainingl LLC event, clinic, camp, program or training session, you (the participant or the legal guardian of the participant) agree to the following Terms & Conditions, including our Liability Waiver and Media Release Form. These terms are designed to protect our athletes, families, and business.

NO REFUND, NO CREDIT, NO MAKE UP & NO TRANSFER POLICY:

    • All sales are final. There are No refunds AND No credits, No make ups, No cancellations and No transfers issued for ANY REASON. ZERO EXCEPTIONS. 

    • This includes any missed day(s) / session(s) or time regardless of foreseen or unforeseen circumstances: including, but not limited to: injury, illness, emergency of any kind, scheduling conflicts, school calendar changes, travel issues, any & all weather related conditions or any other foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Sessions are not transferable to others (including siblings).

    • Payment is only valid for the specific date/time purchased and cannot be applied to future events or services regardless of the reason or circumstance as stated above.

    • Any requests that go against our terms will be denied or ignored as our terms are extremely clear and upfront. 

    • You are agreeing to take on full responsibility for the decision to sign up / make payment knowing your athlete may not be able to attend/participate. SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN RISK

  • Chargebacks & Disputes: By making payment, you agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute for any reason. Doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement, entitling TF Soccer Training LLC to recover all associated costs, including legal fees, collection costs, and processor penalties.

  • Group Format Acknowledgment: At times, athletes may have to wait before participating in gameplay or drills. This is standard in a group training environment.

  • Spectator Policy:

    • No coaching, yelling, or gesturing is permitted from the sidelines.

    • Parents/spectators must remain off the court unless there is an emergency.

    • Any violation of this policy may result in removal or permanent banning from all future events.

  • Field Locations: We reserve the right to relocate the event to another gym based on availability, safety, or operational needs.

  • Refusal of Service: TF Soccer Training LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, lack of coachability, or violation of our policies. Any player / parent can be removed at any for not having proper conduct. There will be no refund & no credit / make up either for being removed.

  • Bring Your Own Soccer Ball & WATER: Athletes are expected to bring their own Soccer ball and water to each session.

  • Player Conduct: Players are expected to demonstrate a coachable attitude, positive body language, and respect toward all coaches and peers. Any player / parent can be removed at any for not having proper conduct. There will be no refund & no credit / make up either for being removed.

TF Soccer Training LLC – Liability & Media Waiver (Lifetime Validity)

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT – MINOR PARTICIPANT

By registering for any event, program, evaluation or basketball training session with TF Soccer Training LLC, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms:

IN CONSIDERATION of my minor child/ward being allowed to participate in any capacity (including but not limited to evaluation sessions, Soccer training programs, clinics, camps, or events) organized or run by TF Soccer Training LLC, the undersigned parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees that:

1. Comprehensive Scope
This waiver applies to all activities facilitated by TF Soccer Trianing LC — including evaluation sessions, training programs, and any future participation — and remains valid indefinitely unless revoked in writing. By signing this once, you waive all related liability now and in the future, including if your athlete is later accepted into the program.

2. Inherent Risks Acknowledged
Participation in physical activities such as soccer inherently includes risk of injury or illness (including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, COVID-19), which may result in serious harm, disability, or death. These risks exist despite safety measures and participant discipline.

3. Assumption of Risk
I, on behalf of myself, my spouse, and my child/ward, knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the negligence of TF Soccer Training LLC or associated parties.

4. Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that participation in TF Soccer Training LLC activities is purely voluntary and that I am under no obligation to enroll my child/ward in any training, clinic, or event.

5.Compliance and Removal Clause
I agree to comply with all guidelines, instructions, and safety procedures. If I observe any unusual hazard or my child becomes unfit to participate, I will notify a staff member and withdraw them immediately.

6. Waiver of Liability
I, for myself, my spouse, my child, and our heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, fully release, waive, and discharge TF Soccer Training LLC, its coaches, employees, agents, venue owners, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims for injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage related to participation — even if due to negligence.

7. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all released parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising from my child’s participation, including claims brought by third parties.

8. Media Release
I grant TF Soccer Training LLC and its agents full permission to photograph or record my child and to use their image in promotional materials, websites, and social media, without compensation. I waive any rights to inspect or approve such materials.

9. Legal Enforceability
I acknowledge that this agreement is binding, legally enforceable, and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in Cook County, IL at the sole discretion of TF Soccer Training LLC.

10. No Modification
No oral or written statements outside of this waiver shall modify its terms. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

11. Digital Signature Validity
I agree that the act of checking any box with TF Soccer Training LLC is considered my legal digital signature shall have the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By making payment, I affirm and agree that:

  • I am the legal parent/guardian of the participant.

  • I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the TF Soccer Training LLC Liability Waiver & Media Release in full, without inducement, coercion, or reliance on any statements not contained in the document.

  • I understand and agree that this waiver applies to all current and future participation in any and all activities, programs, events, or training sessions offered by TF Soccer Training LLC, whether on-site, off-site, or virtual.

  • I understand this is a legally binding contract enforceable under the laws of the State of Illinois.

  • I accept that by signing, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
