TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TF Soccer Training

Effective date: January 22nd, 2021

By becoming a client of TF Soccer Training, you agree to the following terms.

If you cannot agree to the terms and conditions, our programs will not be suitable for your child.  

TF Soccer Training customers are serious about developing in soccer, period.

Hours of Operation

TF Soccer Training corporate office is open:

Monday - Friday from 8am - 5p.m. CT

We close for all government observed holidays. These policies and procedures apply to all TF Soccer Training products sold on this site or any other site owned by TF Soccer Training (programs in our training library or any affiliate offer). Billing Address

Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

FOR PARENTS OF MINOR ATHLETES: I, the parent or legal guardian of the ATHLETE listed above, grant TF Soccer Training, LLC my permission to use all photographs, recordings and videos obtained during any TF Soccer Training, LLC events and programs, including any photographs, recordings and videos obtained by TF Soccer Training LLC during any prior event or program, for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, social media, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. _________________________________________________ FOR ADULT ATHLETES: I grant TF Soccer training, LLC my permission to use all photographs, recordings and videos obtained during any TF Soccer training events and programs, including any photographs, recordings and videos obtained by TF Soccer Training, LLC during any prior event or program, for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, social media, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

 

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Goods availability
  • Errors in the description or prices for Goods
  • Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.

Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order.

Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Subscriptions

Subscription period

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.

Billing

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.

The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.

If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

 

Payments and Refund Policy

The TF Soccer Training  Payment and Refund policy is in place to protect our integrity, as well as the moral and hard working athletes in our program.

  1. Refund Policy – We offer no refunds for any reason or circumstance. Our program has limited availability and each spot of sought after. We often have a waiting list for our private 1on1 training and small group program. All sales are final. 
  2. Payment Policy – By committing to our 6 or 12 month agreement, you agree with the signed contract that you can commit to the entire commitment. You have the option of paying in full (discount), or paying monthly with our automated system that charges your credit/debit card every 30 days.
  3. Early Contract Termination Policy for Private or Small Group Training – If you choose to cancel during the  6 or 12 month contract, you can cancel anytime by notifying Coach Taylor at [email protected] . By canceling the contract, you understand our early termination policy:

Early Termination:

  1. You can opt out of and cancel your contract anytime by paying TF Soccer Training  a $500 early termination fee. Paying the fee will cancel any upcoming payment and once the $500 fee is paid, all sessions will come to a close.
  2. Training Contract – By agreeing to our 6 month program, all sessions must be completed within 6 months from the start date. By agreeing to our 12 month program, all sessions must be completed within 12 months from the start date. If the sessions are not completed in a timely manner, you will forfeit the sessions. Coach Taylor will give you multiple options throughout the week to complete the sessions in a timely manner.

3 Recurring Monthly Fees – By committing to our  6 or 12 month program, you agree to our 30 day recurring payment plan.

  1. End of Contract & Renewal Policy – If you would like to STOP training after our contract is complete, simply email us at [email protected] to let Coach Taylor know 30 days before the final session that you will be discontinuing in the program. If you do not communicate with Taylor 30 days before the final session, you agree to continue in the program beyond the agreement (meaning we hold your spot in the program) and you will continue to train in the program.



Private Training Program

 Six or twelve-month commitment

  1. Rainout/Weather Policy – If the fields are “too wet” or if there is severe weather during the time of our scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled upon Coach Taylor’s decision. He will check to make sure the field is safe before every session. If the field is playable and it is safe, we will resume the session. Parents do not determine if the session is cancelled.
  2. Missed Private Training Session Policy – Coach Taylor has a zero toleration missed session Policy. If you miss a session, you will forfeit the session. If you communicate with Coach Taylor 24 hours before the session for an excused absence, you will receive a makeup session.
  3. Timeliness for sessions - Please arrive 15 minutes early. This way, you can spend 15 minutes doing a proper warmup and we can start the session by focusing on improving your player.  If you arrive right on time, we will spend that time conducting a proper warmup or if are running late , we are unfortunately unable to extend your session to “make-up” the time. 
  4. Player Conduct Policy – All players are required to show up on time for each session with proper soccer attire. We do not accept players who are disrespectful or dishonest with completing homework assignments at home.

Group Training Program: 

Six-month or twelve month commitment

  1. Missed Group Training Session policy - We will no longer issue refunds for sessions not attended as this is also very costly to our business. Please let Coach Taylor know beforehand if you will be unable to make a session. Missed Sessions will not carry over month by month. 

Regarding refunds due to injury, we follow STYSA guidelines regarding injury related withdrawals, meaning we will refund for injuries, but require a note from your child’s doctor before issuing a refund.

  1. Rainout policy - We will not offer make up sessions for rainouts. However, we will be going on Zoom for our  technical training session. We will still spend 1 hour on the session and you player will have a recording of our session emailed to them after the training. 
  2. Timeliness for sessions - Please arrive 15 minutes early. This way, you can spend 15 minutes doing a proper warmup and we can start the session by focusing on improving your player.  If you arrive right on time, we will spend that time conducting a proper warmup or if are running late , we are unfortunately unable to extend your session to “make-up” the time. 
  3. Player Conduct Policy – All players are required to show up on time for each session with proper soccer attire. We do not accept players who are disrespectful or dishonest with completing homework assignments at home.
  4. Mental training included - These calls will be recorded and offer to your player on the next day if they are unable to make it. At this time, we are not offering group or private training which does not include mental training. While players are not required to make every call, those players who come will see a boost in their on and off field development. 

Clinics: 

1.Clinic schedule occurs on a biweekly basis with a clinic schedule coming out on a quarterly basis. Please check the website for updates on upcoming clinics.

  1. Refund policy - We will no longer issue refunds for clinics not attended.

  1. Clinic membership reserves your spot to upcoming clinics. If you are unable to make it out to a clinic, you will not be able to transfer unused clinics to the next month.
  2. Timeliness for sessions - Please arrive 15 minutes early. This way, you can spend 15 minutes doing a proper warmup and we can start the session by focusing on improving your player.  If your player arrives right on time, we will spend that time conducting a proper warmup or if you are running late , we are unfortunately unable to extend your session to “make-up” the time. 
  3. If you wish to cancel your contract with us, simply email us at [email protected] to let Coach Taylor know 30 days before the final session that you will be discontinuing in the program. (I.E.  if you want to cancel your payment for March 1, you need to cancel by the end of Jan.)   

If you do not communicate with Taylor 30 days before the final session, you agree to continue in the program beyond the agreement (meaning we hold your spot in the program) and you will continue to train in the program. We will charge you for the next month if you cancel in the middle of the month( in previous example, if you cancel Feb. 15, you will still be charged for training in March)

 

Game Evaluations

2 Game Discount Policy - The discount only applies to those who commit to it upfront. If you buy one game at a time then you will be paying full price. Committing to two games upfront is the best way to see if progress has been made and to save $50.

Missed Zoom Call - You must let Coach Taylor know 48 hours before the scheduled call that your child will not be able to attend the call. If it is after 48 hours prior than you have forfeited the zoom call for your child and it will not be made up and no refund or partial refund will be given. 

Zoom Call - The Zoom call must be done within 7 days of the game.  

Child did not play that much - Coach Taylor will still be evaluating when they are in the game and on the bench in terms of their attitude, body language and being a good teammate. Coach Taylor will not be returning to watch another game or refunding money for the reason of lack of playing time. 

Communication - If Coach Taylor attends a game & you did not let him know within 48 hours advanced notice that your child wasn't able to play, make it to the game or a schedule change then the charge will stand and there will be no make up game or refund. It is extremely important to communicate with Coach Taylor right away so this does not happen. His time is very limited and valuable.

Travel distance/time - The location of your child's game must be within 20 miles & a 30 min drive from where Coach Taylor lives in Missouri City, TX. Travel fees will apply for more miles or longer length of drive time.

Make up game or Refund - Coach Taylor will not be making up any game that he comes to or refunding any payment for any reason or circumstance

Use as credit for for next season - Coach Taylor will only be coming to one or two of the games in the season that you provided the schedule for. The game evaluation cannot be used as a credit for another season. There is no extensions unless Coach Taylor has decided to do so for his own reasons of not being able to make a game.
 

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
